New Homes Sales Consultant £27K - £30K Basic, Upto £45K OTE Incentives & Company Rewards

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Professional or an Estate Agent ready to make the move into new homes sales?

We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join a fantastic property business in Leatherhead, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who is passionate about sales, customer service and delivering results.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in new homes, with excellent training, mentoring, incentives and progression on offer.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will:

• Contact prospective purchasers from an extensive buyer database
• Book and conduct viewings across exciting new homes developments
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Guide customers through every stage of their buying journey
• Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues
• Visit developments regularly to become an expert on each site and its properties
• Support development launches, open days and marketing events
• Deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities

• Previous property experience, either within new homes or estate agency
• A proven track record of achieving results
• A genuine passion for property and sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident, motivated and commercially focused
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to guide customers through the sales process

• £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
• £40,000 - £45,000 OTE
• 33 days paid holiday

• 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Week 1: 4 days, including Monday and Saturday
• Week 2:
  Monday to Friday
