What You'll Be Doing Managing enquiries from prospective buyers via phone, email, and online channels. Proactively contacting qualified leads and arranging property viewings. Guiding customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry through to reservation. Building strong relationships with buyers and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with mortgage and property professionals to support customers throughout the process. Visiting various new build developments and becoming an expert on the properties available. Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets. What We're Looking For Previous estate agency experience is highly desirable. Strong sales experience within a target-driven environment such as property, recruitment, automotive, telecoms, retail sales, or similar.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, confident, and commercially minded. Ability to work weekends on a rota basis. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
