Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Working confidently with external contractors, coordinating repairs
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge as part of a supportive team
• Managing your workload effectively and staying organised
• Supporting the management team by helping maintain equipment and facilities
• Planning and carrying out repairs with minimal disruption to customers
• Carrying out day-to-day store and property maintenance
• Following planned work schedules and aiming for first-time fixes

• A positive attitude and a commitment to high standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence using digital tools such as tablets or smartphones
• A full driving licence

As a Maintenance Technician at Tesco, you'll play a vital part in helping keep our stores safe, functional and welcoming for colleagues and customers.
