Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum (depend on experience).

Locations:
Bristol, Gloucester Burton, Manchester, Leatherhead or Glasgow.

Pattern:
Flexible hybrid – office, client sites, remote.

Frazer‑Nash delivers innovative solutions across the nuclear lifecycle. Your work will cover design, safety case authoring, assessments, and defueling/decommissioning support. You will manage full project lifecycle from bid to closure.

• Develop strategies for nuclear technical challenges.
• Produce technical documentation for clients.
• Apply knowledge across varied nuclear technologies.
• technical guidance, mentorship and training.
• Manage projects against time, cost and quality.
• Seek new business opportunities, generate proposals and bids.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships.

• Degree (or equivalent) in science or engineering.
• Technical knowledge in mechanical, process, electrical, C&I, design, hazards, radiological protection, equipment qualification, or severe accidents.
• At least 5 years' experience in highly regulated or high hazard industries.
• Demonstrated success in technical delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Desire to develop nuclear engineering skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

• Engineering management / project engineering capability.
• Experience of operations, engineering, or safety case development at nuclear sites.
• Consultancy environment experience.
• Business development and client relationship skills.
• Project management experience.
• Chartered status or working towards it.
