Laborer Foreman

Laborer Foreman will ensure the crew completes the project with quality, safety, and on schedule. The role involves supervising crews, planning project tasks, and acting as the liaison between team members and supervisors.

• Effectively schedule, plan, and delegate project responsibilities
• Provide weekly or as-needed reports
• Process change orders
• Schedule deliveries
• Effectively manage project budget
• Demonstrate quality customer service
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
• Monitor use of equipment and machinery
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Proactively plan project materials and equipment
• Attend required meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years Crew Foreman or related experience

• Advanced knowledge of reading and interpretation of blueprints
