Dental Treatment Coordinator – Full Time
We have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Leavenworth as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services, specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and focuses on building relationships with our patients, ensuring the best quality care for each individual.

- Able to organize work‑flow, prioritize tasks, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer a multi‑line telephone system, consistently providing friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Schedule and utilize practice management software (Denticon).
- Perform data entry and update necessary information for new and existing members’ accounts using dental software.
- Complete daily close‑out procedures.
- Maintain front‑office and reception area appearance.
- Provide great patient care and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrate professional verbal and communication skills.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real to starting.
- Dental office experience preferred.
- Dental software experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
