Exchange Bank & Trust is looking for a Secondary Market Mortgage Loan Originator. We are a $ well‑established financial institution serving communities in Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri.
The successful candidate should have the following experience:
- Experience in the origination, processing, funding, and delivery of loans sold to the secondary market.
- Good organization skills with ability to multi‑task.
- General working knowledge of appraisals, title insurance, and DU underwriting requirements.
- Experience with TRID loan compliance, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines.
- Ability to cultivate customers internally and externally.
