POSITION SUMMARY

Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), based at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, is the U.S. Army's only worldwide deployable Combat Training Center. MCTP provides full spectrum operations training support for senior commanders and their staffs, offering counsel and experience to Army senior commanders, subordinate commanders, and staff. Additionally, MCTP's professional observer-trainers assist units with objective feedback and suggestions for improvement. MCTP trains brigades, divisions, corps, and Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level headquarters on their mission essential tasks to support Unified Land Operations and joint functions within select headquarters.

• Serve as a WfF subject matter expert, train personnel on simulation processes, enforce exercise realism, supervise mission translation, and support AAR processes.
• Qualifications include former senior NCO or field grade officer, SECRET clearance, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Preferred include MEL4 or Sergeants Major Course graduate, staff officer experience, and simulation training background.

• Military experience with US Army systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
• Must pass background checks, be a US citizen, hold SECRET clearance, and be willing to travel.
