As a Room Attendant – you’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always “fresh and welcoming” for our guests after a busy day at work, creating a haven for them to escape and relax, or complete last‑minute tasks.

• Ensure rooms meet hygiene and appearance standards, making them special and memorable for guests.
• Assist guests with requests (toothbrush, directions, etc.).
• Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Organise supplies and amenities, minimising waste.
• Log lost and found items; reunite with owners.
• Wear uniform with pride.
• Complete ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Monitor supplies across housekeeping areas and minimise waste.
• Log lost and found items per procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning projects on a regular basis.
• Perform turndown duties as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Physical stamina; on feet most of day.
• Strength to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and move heavy objects.
• Ability to bend, kneel as required.
• Basic literacy: reading, writing, maths.
• Flexible shift schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.
