Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Provide analytical support to integrate and synchronize Army MDTF portfolio capabilities and capacity across the DOTmLPF-P domains, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated force modernization efforts.
• Conduct analytical work to develop, synchronize, and coordinate portfolio capabilities across the DOTmLPF-P domains.
• Serve as a key analyst and project manager for operational needs related to MDTF force modernization.
• Develop requirements for DOTmLPF-P solutions aligned with Army Futures Command processes.
• Research and analyze DoD/Army directives, policies, and trends to inform integration efforts.
• Ensure procedures and actions meet standards and align with Army Futures Command processes.
• Develop and deliver up to ten DOTmLPF-P integration products, ensuring they meet security and policy requirements.
• Participate in Army MDTF project teams and working groups, providing expertise for high-quality product development.

• Required:
  
  Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.

• Desired: MSS from Army War College, MA from SAMS or NDU.

• Required:
  
  Background in Multi-Domain operations, Army or Joint targeting, and 5+ years of military experience with doctrinal, training, and educational development.
• Desired:
  Former Senior NCO, experience in Army G-3 operations, 10+ years of military experience, retired CSM, or SOF background.
