Night Production Technician

The Night Production position requires proficiency in three line positions:
Bagger, Mixer, and Floor Operations. The candidate should perform these functions accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety regulations, work rules, SOPs, and company policies. Ensures compliance with BRC, GMP, and safety standards. The work schedule is 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a variable schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

• Operate equipment and perform tasks related to Mixing, Bagging, and Floor Operations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Follow written instructions and formulas.
• Comply with safety and food safety procedures, including BRC and GMP requirements, and use of PPE.

• Clean and sterilize vats and processing areas.
• Follow recipes to produce food products with specified qualities.
• Inspect equipment after cleaning for residue.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and report issues.
• Transfer products to next processing stage.
• Record production and test data accurately.
• Set up and operate equipment according to formulas or recipes.
• Perform safety inspections.

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to perform job functions, including using telephones, PC, and office equipment.

• Lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Meet standards for Level 3 Medium Work Job.
• Ascend/descend steps, push/pull 100 lbs several times daily.
• Sit, stand, walk, and have manual dexterity. Vision and hearing abilities are required for safety and communication.

Indoors manufacturing with PPE required. Exposure to extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors.
