We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.

• Monday‑Friday with flexibility during daytime hours, on‑call as assigned.
• Coverage area will include Leavenworth and Douglas County and parts of Kansas City, Kansas.
• Work one‑on‑one with patients, performing nursing assessments in their homes.
• Work autonomously as a RN, utilizing the full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education, and medication reviews.
• Coordinate patients’ care, consulting other disciplines of the health care team.
• Individualize patient care plans and adjust or modify the nursing plan of care as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the medical staff and other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care.

• Missouri and Kansas RN license required.
• Applicable experience: less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support certification – American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Driver’s license (various).
• Associate Degree (RN).
