Overview
Hospice Administrative Volunteers Needed. Residential Hospice is seeking administrative volunteers to support patient care teams by handling non-clinical tasks that aid in delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.
Note:
This role does not involve direct patient care. Volunteers help with organizational tasks that enable the care team to provide the best possible service.
- Send out mailings
- Enter documentation and maintain records
- Find and organize resources
- Assemble training binders
- Make bereavement calls as needed
- All volunteers must be at least 18 years old
- Application, background check, drug screen, physical, fingerprinting, and training are required
- Onboarding requires a time commitment; the organization will accommodate scheduling within available hours
