• Strong stylist technical skills with ability to mentor and train - lead team by example
• Ability and desire to style in addition to fulfilling assistant manager role
• Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
• Assist in hiring, training and retaining stylists
• Oversee Daily Operations
• Provide exceptional client experience
• Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service; happily make adjustments as requested
• Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs
• Ability and desire to work with kids - playful, caring, patient, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere

Must have active cosmetology or barber license in KS.
