Calling all Loving Leaders, Kid-Enthusiasts, and Super Stylists! We’re on the lookout for a dazzling and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our fantastic team and sprinkle magic into every snip and style.

Position: Salon Manager/Stylist

Location: The Land of Laughter and Luscious Locks in Leawood, KS

Mission: To deliver jolts of joy, spark satisfaction, and inspire gratitude and community!

• Master Stylist: Experienced stylist with the ability to provide flawless styles, fix flubs, and develop others to do the same.
• Champion of Belonging: Create a safe and welcoming space for all kids, families, and team members.
• Captaining Creativity: Lead a team of stylists in crafting enchanting hairdos and nurture a learning culture that fosters creativity, growth, and teamwork.
• Magic Management: Ensure smooth salon operations (e.g., manage schedules, appointments).
• Dynamic Developer: Hire, train, and retain world-class stylists.
• Magic Dust Delivery: Ensure every child leaves with joy in their hair and a twinkle in their eye.
• Funky Playlist Curator: Keep the salon lively with a diverse playlist; support for spontaneous dance parties welcomed.
• Wand Wielder: Provide exceptional customer service to parents and kids from finding us to leaving satisfied.
• Inventory Investigator: Maintain inventory of toys, hair products, and supplies.
• Bubble, Shine and Sparkle: Maintain a sparkling, clean salon environment.
• Birthday Bash Maestro: Organize magical birthday parties and events for lasting memories.
• Authentic Cheers: Motivate the team to deliver service with a smile and positive energy.

• 3+ years of hairdressing/salon management experience (preferred).
• An enchanted heart that beats for creating styles and smiles on tiny faces.
• A proven record of warm, authentic, direct communication to build a strong team and handle customer concerns.
• Ability to set priorities and shift attention without skipping a beat.
• Ability to create connections and market to build clientele.
• A sprinkle of imagination and a dash of fun in everything you do!
