Job Description Summary

Provide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions.
  • Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions.
  • Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates.
  • Facilitates and executes screens and interviews.
  • Manages and updates recruiting tools and documentation.
  • Builds and maintains client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience.
  • Follows policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities as needed.
  • Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
  • Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of role.
  • Follows Company and Client policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
