Job Description SummaryProvide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Assist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions.
- Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions.
- Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates.
- Facilitates and executes screens and interviews.
- Manages and updates recruiting tools and documentation.
- Builds and maintains client and partner relationships.
- Collaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience.
- Follows policies, processes, and procedures.
- Performs other responsibilities as needed.
- Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
- Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of role.
- Follows Company and Client policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
