** Job Description Summary
** Provide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Team.
** Job Description
**** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Assist with high volume recruiting for part time, seasonal positions.
* Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through contacting, listening, inquiring, and following up to develop a personal connection and influence candidate decisions.
* Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates.
* Facilitates and executes screens and interviews.
* Manages and updates recruiting tools and documentation.
* Builds and maintains client and partner relationships.
* Collaborates with associates to ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience.
* Follows policies, processes, and procedures.
* Performs other responsibilities as needed.
* Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
* Understands personal role in safeguarding corporate assets. Takes appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of role.
* Follows Company and Client policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned.
