Multi-Specialty Clinic Manager

Ascentist Healthcare is seeking a driven, patient-focused leader to join our team as a Multi‑Specialty Clinic Manager
.

You’ll provide leadership, direction, and support to the clinical team while overseeing multiple specialties, including Pain Management, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Ortho‑+Spine, and Speech/Language Pathology
. You’ll work closely with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.

• Provide leadership for clinical operations, staffing, and program development across Ortho, Pain, Speech, and Allergy services, ensuring competent and high‑quality patient care.
• Supervise and develop nursing staff through hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, training, and ongoing mentorship.
• Drive team‑based care and quality improvement by implementing evidence‑based guidelines, monitoring outcomes, and optimizing workflows and resources.
• Collaborate with the Administrator, providers, and other department leaders to address patient care concerns and enhance clinical systems.
• Maintain proficiency with the EHR, generate reports, update protocols, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Foster positive communication, professionalism, and patient‑centered service while representing the clinic internally and externally.

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule: M‑F, 8‑hour days, no weekends

Locations: Leawood & Roe Clinic

Salary Range: Negotiable
