Responsibilities- Monitor and participate in the process for special programs to ensure successful execution of hot‑market and other event‑driven activities.
- Perform data analysis to support production planning activities such as scheduling, workflows and program execution.
- Work with inventory analysts on applicable forecasting and inventory planning.
- Monitor the First Sale process by coordinating with multiple teams and domestic facilities to fulfill customer requirements.
- Work closely with other company departments, providing a high level of communication regarding the development and status of customer programs.
- Support production records and generate performance reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in the decorated licensed apparel industry.
- Experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Knowledge of and experience with various computer applications including MS Office Suite.
- Technical development skills adaptable to multiple environments, including MS Power
BI. - Ability to work with competing schedules, requiring good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Overall strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
The position will report to the Senior Director of Production.
