Production Planning Specialist

• Monitor and participate in the process for special programs to ensure successful execution of hot‑market and other event‑driven activities.
• Perform data analysis to support production planning activities such as scheduling, workflows and program execution.
• Work with inventory analysts on applicable forecasting and inventory planning.
• Monitor the First Sale process by coordinating with multiple teams and domestic facilities to fulfill customer requirements.
• Work closely with other company departments, providing a high level of communication regarding the development and status of customer programs.
• Support production records and generate performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in the decorated licensed apparel industry.
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Knowledge of and experience with various computer applications including MS Office Suite.
• Technical development skills adaptable to multiple environments, including MS Power
  
  BI.
• Ability to work with competing schedules, requiring good time management skills and attention to detail.
• Overall strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.

The position will report to the Senior Director of Production.
