Elevance Health is seeking a Triage Nurse I to determine the appropriate Care Management program for referred members, leveraging internal and external data sources. The role is virtual eligible with eight 10-hour shifts over two weeks, including alternating weekends, and CST scheduling.
The nurse will apply department guidelines, triage cases, and assign to the correct care management component, handling primarily less complex cases with limited prior Triage experience.
