Job Summary

Work in a calm, spa-like environment and have the opportunity to learn a variety of new skills from customer service, marketing, psychology, sales strategy, negotiation, health/wellness to growing your experience in commonly used software like Mind Body, Homebase, Woven, and Axle. Experience how your skills can directly impact a business. As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the business.

This role is focused on growing memberships, retaining currently members, and managing the studio independently. Be a part of a small team with big impacts!

Responsibilities

Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm & provide consistent, top-notch customer service

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy

Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere

Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. Mind Body software experience is a plus!

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Ability to engage comfortably with customers

Reliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistently

Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapy

Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a team

Shifts/Hours 18-25 hours or 3-4 shifts a week Must be generally available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday This would primarily be for closing shifts, but I can offer cross-training for opening and mid-day shifts.
