What we do:- Call 15-25 leads to schedule first visits
- Set-up the guest's sauna experience
- Welcome each guest by name
- Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
- Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
- Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Contribute daily to studio sales metrics (membership conversion)
- Assist new guest in finding the right membership for them (sales)
- 6-7 hours per shift
- Must be available for a Sunday or a Saturday shift
- Closing shifts start at 2:30-3pm
