As a Security Officer – Commercial Dispatch in Leawood, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining situational awareness through camera systems and communication tools, while providing outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and manage incoming calls and radio traffic to facilitate communication between personnel and/or emergency services at the location.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents or requests for assistance as needed, following site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all incidents, requests, and communications handled through the dispatch center.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and tenants with inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with appropriate teams as required.
• Communicate important security-related information to management and/or emergency responders as necessary.
• Follow and uphold all site‑specific policies and procedures, adapting to changes in protocol as directed by Allied Universal or the location.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
