BMWC is an industrial construction company seeking an individual that enjoys doing a variety of tasks, but will primarily focus on processing of accounts payable, subcontractor invoices, posting purchasing card activity, and various job costing duties. This position is located in Lebanon, IN

• Code, verify/match, and process accounts payable invoices for job BMWC’s work in Lebanon, IN.
• Assist construction team and accounts payable team with quantity and value disputes with vendors.
• Reconcile vendor and subcontractor statements, as necessary.
• Compile packing slips, delivery tickets, invoices, and purchase orders for the billing team.
• Propose purchase order adjustments to purchasers should they be required.
• Assist project team in tracking commitments with vendors.
• Assist project team in tracking vendor rental arrangements.
• Perform cost transfer adjustments as needed.
• Communicate and work with vendors regarding payment status and missing invoices.
• Index required documentation in shared drives and in ERP as necessary.
• Assist the construction team with any vendor related reporting requirements.
• Ensure data retention and information systems are updated and maintained appropriately within defined protocols and standards.
• Assist construction team with other accounting-based needs.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an accounting role
• Previous work experience in the construction industry preferred
