Skid Steer​/Telehandler

We are hiring experienced Skid Steer Operators and Telehandler (Lull) Operators to join a commercial construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity for experienced equipment operators looking for steady, long-term work with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

• Safely operate skid steers and/or telehandlers (Lulls) to move and distribute materials around the construction site.
• Load, unload, lift, and position materials for construction crews.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with general construction site tasks when equipment operation is not required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with site supervisors and construction crews to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently.

• Previous experience operating skid steers and/or telehandlers (Lulls) on commercial construction sites.
• Good understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday, with 1012 hour shifts depending on project needs.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow directions from site supervisors.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
