The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
• Lead the development of the total project estimate
• Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations
• Analyze and recommend solutions to complex problems in line with organizational and project guidelines
• Maintain a library of current local rates for estimates

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

• Have over 10 years of experience as an Estimator with increasing scope and responsibility in construction
• Have experience with pharmaceutical projects or similar
• Have used estimating systems like Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
• Hold a degree or equivalent in a construction-related discipline
• Are RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered, or on the path to certification
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Build strong relationships with team and clients through shared purpose and openness
• This is an on-site position in Lebanon, Indiana
