Electrical Project Manager

We are supporting a major global life sciences manufacturer at its expanding GMP manufacturing campus in Lebanon, Indiana. Due to continued capital investment and site expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical scope delivery across large‑scale pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.

This role offers long‑term project visibility, a well‑structured PM environment, and strong extension potential for high performers.

• Manage electrical scope across capital projects within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Lead electrical contractors and vendors through design, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance for electrical work streams.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, validation, and operations teams.
• Ensure electrical systems meet GMP regulatory and site standards.
• Support commissioning readiness and handover to operations.
• Manage change control and project documentation.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on industrial or life sciences projects.
• Strong background in electrical systems for manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing contractors and multi‑discipline project teams.
• Familiarity with GMP regulated environments preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on site at the Lebanon, Indiana manufacturing campus.
