We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in our operations, responsible for designing, implementing, and improving production systems. This role will require the use of cutting-edge technology and methodologies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality of output.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Designing and implementing facility layouts using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
2. Overseeing and improving tooling processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of our production systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
5. Driving quality improvements through rigorous quality control and continuous process enhancement.
6. Collaborating with operations teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
7. Developing and maintaining cost-effective strategies for material procurement and utilization.
8. Applying your expertise in costing to ensure the financial viability of our production processes.
9. Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance the safety and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the Construction industry.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software for designing and optimizing facility layouts.
4. Extensive experience with tooling processes and maintenance protocols.
5. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the Construction industry.
6. Proven track record in driving quality improvements and controlling quality.
7. Demonstrated experience in operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
8. Proficient in costing and procurement strategies.
9. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
