You should understand industrial operations and be able to incorporate new project ideas into existing processes and production. • Oversee project execution of capital, maintenance, and automation projects throughout the plant
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with overall business goals
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and address evolving industry best practices
