Qualifications
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience: 0-1 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance physical function.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and condition management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, complying with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
