This position is located in Lebanon, IN.

• Competitive Compensation - 1st year annual compensation targeted at $49,000-$50,000/yr with an average 47 hour work week

• Enter the Management Training program and learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners; work as an operational expert behind the scenes
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support while gaining field experience
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential to business growth
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations; uphold a customer-first culture

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating; employment begins after degree completion
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of the following: sales (commission or goal-based), customer service in a service industry, management experience leading a team, participation as an athlete at any level, or leadership on campus/community involvement
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
