Job Overview
We are seeking an Ink Technician to join our manufacturing operations in Lebanon, Indiana. This role focuses on producing high-quality water-based blended inks that meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for accurate color formulation, ink blending, and delivery of press-ready inks while maintaining organized work areas and following safety regulations.
This is not a graphic design position. Only candidates with direct ink-handling experience will be considered.

Experience
Required:

Compensation: USD $49,920 – $70,000 (Base + Benefits, Full Benefits Day
1)

Key Responsibilities- Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform precise color matching and ink formulation according to production schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including color match records, adjustments, consignment returns, and complaint tracking.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace in line with PPE and safety guidelines.
- Support ink recycling and reuse evaluation where applicable.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (chemistry-related coursework preferred).
- Experience toning inks.
- Flexo printing experience.
- Color formulation and matching experience.
- Experience with water-based inks.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Zoom, email).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Manufacturing environment exposure and willingness to adapt to new processes.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work rotating or weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with chemicals in production environments.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts as required.
