Key responsibilities

• Responsible for loading and unloading trucks while ensuring effective and efficient movement of customer product.
• Stacking pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions.
• Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per customer KPI’s.
• Candidate must be able to learn and use proprietary inventory management system.
• Performs other duties as requested.

We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of work experience in related fields.
• Ability to work out of our Lebanon, IN facility.
• Able to work in the
  -5 degrees temperatures for hours at a time.
• Able to repeatedly lift customer products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work multiple shifts from 8-10 hours, sometimes standing for several hours at a time.
• Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.
