Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

Pharmaceutical Construction | On-Site | Lebanon, IN

We are hiring a direct‑hire Electrical QA/QC Representative for a 1‑year on‑site assignment supporting a pharmaceutical construction project in Lebanon, Indiana. This position is intended for individual professionals seeking a stable, full‑time contract role in a regulated construction environment.

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week with occasional overtime
  • Engagement Type: Individual contributor (not subcontracted)
Key Responsibilities Inspections & Testing
  • Perform quality inspections of electrical installations including conduit, lighting, motor feeders, and control systems.
  • Conduct electrical testing to verify functionality, safety, and compliance.
  • Confirm installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Verify all testing equipment is properly calibrated with current certification.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Review drawings and specifications to identify potential quality concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC inspection and testing reports.
  • Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate directly with project managers, engineers, and site supervision.
  • Communicate quality issues clearly and professionally.
  • Participate in site meetings and represent quality and technical interests.
Safety & Compliance
  • Perform safety observations and ensure compliance with OSHA, site standards, and company policies.
  • Verify all work complies with electrical codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and industry regulations.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using electrical testing equipment.
  • Electrical trade certification or degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
