Quality Controls CoordinatorGribbins Insulation & Scaffolding, a family-owned and managed company, is seeking a Quality Controls Coordinator to support a high-profile, multi-building project in Lebanon, Indiana. This full-time, on-site role will play a key part in ensuring the quality, safety, and technical compliance of all mechanical insulation and scaffolding work. - Learn and apply "The Gribbins Way" in all aspects of quality control
- Become a Certified Thermal Insulation Inspector through the National Insulation Association (NIA)
- Develop and implement quality control plans for both insulation and scaffolding scopes
- Conduct regular field inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
- Coordinate third‑party inspections and testing as required
- Coordinate with subcontractors, other trades, and general contractor site teams to ensure seamless execution
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related project documentation
- Provide technical guidance on insulation materials, installation methods, and scaffold design
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards
- Review and approve method statements and work procedures
- Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and photographic documentation of field activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality/progress reports for internal use and client review
- Capture lessons learned and support project closeout reporting
- Communicate effectively with customer representatives, Gribbins project team, and other site stakeholders
- Support issue resolution and proactive communication to minimize quality-related impacts
- Prior experience in construction quality control or inspection preferred
- Familiarity with mechanical insulation is a strong plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working on active construction sites in a collaborative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and field reporting tools
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Lebanon, IN
- Willingness to obtain NIA Thermal Insulation Inspector Certification (company‑supported)
