As a General Manager
, you will lead the restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure the store’s success. You will be responsible for instilling the Wendy’s culture, motivating the team to exceed customer expectations, and holding total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.

• Lead the restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to achieve store success.
• Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to meet or exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Take total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment that values every team member’s ideas and contributions.

• Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.).
• Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated performance in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence.
