We are hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a cohesive team that delivers outstanding service and drives both results and customer satisfaction. The Shift Leader will take the lead to tackle problems, seek help when appropriate, and mentor their team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

• Lead and mentor a team to provide outstanding service and achieve targets
• Tackle operational issues and escalate when appropriate
• Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff
• Help drive profitability and efficiency during shifts
• Represent Flynn Wendy’s values in daily operations

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and resolve problems
• Willingness to provide mentorship and guidance to team members
