We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylists) to join our team at Store 2234-Village N Shopping-maurices-Lebanon, IN 46052.

General Work Expectations

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Provide product knowledge and style advice to guests, promoting loyalty and the omnichannel experience
• Operate front-end functions: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a customer focus
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

Position Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
