Job Title:Sales Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager
Position SummaryThe Sales Associate interacts professionally with customers and builds relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote the "Living Brand".
Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
- Build customer relationships and promote the brand
- Handle daily store accounting and auditing
- Operate and maintain store equipment
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and image standards
- Assist in recruiting and store security
- Maximize sales through effective merchandising and marketing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Customer service orientation
- Time management and multitasking
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work in extreme temperatures, exposure to cleaning solvents
