Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and inventory freight.
• Stock products in merchandise areas and backroom.
• Ensure accurate and timely stocking to support sales.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a stocking or logistics environment.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and shift long periods.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be part of compensation. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
