As a Security Officer – Access Control Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Access Control Officer at a prestigious commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence will help deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and manage access control to the location, verifying credentials and granting or denying entry based on site‑specific guidelines.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors in accordance with established procedures.
• Carry out security‑related procedures and follow location‑specific policies, responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Document all security‑related activities, incidents, and irregularities according to Allied Universal and client standards.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following protocols for various types of incidents.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
