You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to everyone on site.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Control access to the location by verifying identification and permissions for individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and security‑related incidents.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and tenants with access procedures and responding to inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following Allied Universal and site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to observe for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow location‑specific policies and procedures, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Assist in emergency response activities as outlined in Allied Universal and client procedures.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
