As a Security Professional – Commercial Access Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment for tenants and visitors while providing outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license, as you may be responsible for patrolling various areas within the site.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying identification and credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related activities.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by assisting with directions, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe security-related concerns.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities at the location as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
