As a Security Officer – Commercial Real Estate Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling a commercial real estate location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and assist visitors or tenants as needed. This is a driving position, so a valid driver’s license is required. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry at the location.
• Verify credentials and provide authorized entry to employees, visitors, and contractors as per site‑specific guidelines.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals as they enter and exit the premises.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security‑related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security‑related issues.
• Comply with all site‑specific policies and procedures while maintaining a professional presence on site.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
