New Cold is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to head the maintenance team ensuring efficient, safe operation of warehouse equipment. You will plan and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, cranes, refrigeration systems and other mechanical assets, while coordinating with planners and management to minimize downtime.
The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, hands-on experience with conveyors, cranes and electrical systems, and the ability to work in cold freezer
