Available Shifts

We have several openings on multiple shifts starting at $22/hour. Our off shifts have additional premiums included. Actual shift availability varies week by week and successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift. Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.

What You Will Do
  • Operate heavy equipment including sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists.
  • Perform material handling and warehousing functions such as unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts, materials and supplies.
  • Read process flows and follow detailed instructions to ensure the movement of material within a warehouse.
  • Track and record hourly or daily activities completed during each shift.
  • Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other handling units.
  • Reliability is important—be on time and maintain a good attendance record to safely and efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
  • Physical Requirements: able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures, and work on platforms at heights of 26 feet or higher for long stretches of time.
What You Have
  • Safety: Conduct daily maintenance, keep safety logs on equipment, inspect the working environment, and use personal protective equipment. Speak up if safety concerns arise and take personal accountability for safety.
  • Warehouse Management: Perform basic warehousing activities such as receiving, putting away, picking, packing, and shipping materials; understand and meet daily targets; maintain inventory records; and help solve bottlenecks and delays through continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work together as a team to learn and meet shared goals; come to work with a positive attitude and ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Responsible for inventory accuracy; use checklists to ensure information is error‑free; perform quality checks with focus on accuracy.
  • Effective Communications: Use verbal and non‑verbal communication to receive direction and share ideas; maintain professional demeanor and focus on the topic at hand.

  • Starting wage is $22/hour (additional night shift premium for off shifts). Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half (some may be mandatory).
