New Cold is hiring an Order Selector/Order Picker to join our automated cold storage operations. You will ensure orders are picked, stacked, wrapped, labeled, and shipped per customer requests, using forklift and stand-up lift equipment.
You’ll operate in a safety‑driven environment, maintain accuracy, and support inventory control while meeting daily throughput targets. Training and personal protective equipment are provided.
