The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's main goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, or nails, you will guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to build your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality— we'll handle the rest!
Your Role at Sally Beauty- Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty
- Recommend additional and complementary products
- Inform customers of current promotions and events
- Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales
- Enroll customers in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder

- Work around moving parts, carts, or machines; possible exposure to chemicals
