Fiberglass Tank Solutions (FTS) is a family-owned, industry-leading manufacturer of large-diameter underground fiberglass storage tanks, serving the water, wastewater, and petroleum markets nationwide. We’ve been in business for 13 years, and we’re expanding rapidly with ambitious growth plans for the next three years. We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Production Engineer to help lead the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes, systems, and tools.

This is a high-impact position where you will collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and logistics to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.

• Lead/assist in time and material studies to enhance current cost and production planning processes.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and implement cost-saving improvements
• Collaborate on product design and manufacturability with internal and external teams
• Support/develop automation processes, with a focus on tooling specific to the company’s goals.
• Develop quality control systems and implement statistical process controls
• Build/document production processes
• Train personnel on new procedures and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of production design, materials, tooling, and quality control
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor Plus and other technical drawings
• Strong proficiency in Excel, manufacturing design, materials, tooling, processes and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and production management skills

• Competitive Salary based on 45-50 hrs a week: $80,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

We are located at the stunning Lake of the Ozarks area in Camdenton, MO. We are a family ran and operated business that was established 13 years ago. We manufacture large diameter Fiberglass Tanks for commercial or municipal projects. These tank applications include fire suppression, wastewater, water storage, potable water, hazardous liquid storage, or chemical storage. We are much like a family here  have several employees that have been with us anywhere from 13-9 years.
