The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Tax Staff to join a fast-growing, innovative professional advisory firm working with individuals and closely held businesses. The candidate will mainly prepare individual and business (flow-through) tax returns and coordinate with client support staff.

• Prepare individual and business tax returns at varying levels of complexity
• Review tax information supplied by the client and open items as needed
• Communicate with Pod, Seniors, Supervisors, Managers and Partner on work status and client issues
• Ensure deliverable deadlines are met
• Research new tax trends and regulations

• 1-2 years with a public accounting firm preparing individual and business income tax returns
• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Integrity within a professional environment

• Experience with CCH Axcess tax, CCH Pfx Engagement, and Quick Books
• Seeking or obtained EA or CPA certification
